You are a child in a liminal space, left to your own devices to entertain yourself. Where you came from, where you're going, those do not matter. In this moment, you are here. And here, you meet another child. You do not share a language with them, but you find ways to play all the same.

When you inevitably part ways, you are forever changed by the fleeting moments spent with the other child.

à demain (see you tomorrow) is a game about creating memories with abandon, and not thinking about what tomorrow will bring. You live in the moment, until the moment is gone.
